Learn About Our MiraMar Family Membership

At MiraMar Family Dental we recognize and value the loyalty of our patients. The Dental Loyalty Program has been specially designed to reward those who trust us time and time again, and for whom we are their clinic of choice in Katy. The Loyalty Program functions as a savings plan, especially for those patients who require complex treatments but do not have dental insurance. For a monthly fee you get invaluable benefits such as free preventive check-ups and preferential discounts on most treatments.

How does MDF Membership work?

When you enroll in the Program, you pay a small monthly fee (between $32 and $48, depending on the plan purchased). In return, you get a discount on all professional dental services, including 2 dental exams and cleanings at no additional cost each year.

Please note that membership plans:

  • They are not or do not function as dental insurance.
  • They are not qualified health plans under the Affordable Care Act.
  • They are not prepayments for future services.

Membership Plans are direct payment arrangements between plan members and dentists for services and care provided.

Conditions

  • Miramar Family Dental Membership Plan payments must be current to receive the services included in the Membership Plan.
  • Payment for treatment not included in the Membership Plan is due at the time of service.
  • Prices offered by dentists cannot be combined with insurance or other offers or discounts.
  • Membership plans have a duration of 12 months and include an automatic renewal feature.
  • Plan members may opt out of automatic renewal at any time.
  • Membership plans include a 30-day money back guarantee.
  • Members can receive a full refund up to 30 days after purchase if plan benefits have not been used.
