I’m Dr. Keyttia Beovides, a general dentist and the founder of MiraMar Family Dental. Born and raised in Cuba, I’m a proud mom of three, and my love for dentistry started when I was a child on that beautiful Caribbean island.
What drives my work is straightforward: helping patients feel confident when they smile, and making sure they truly understand how to care for their oral health — because when patients are informed, prevention becomes natural. I take the time to explain each step, answer every question, and create a calm, respectful experience in English or Spanish.
I earned my dental degree from the Institute of Medical Sciences in Havana in 2003, and practiced in Cuba and Venezuela before moving to the United States in January 2010. In 2014, I was accepted into the International Program for Dentists at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, where I completed my DMD. I have been licensed in Texas since 2016, serving patients across Houston — especially in Katy and Cypress.
Outside the office, I enjoy cooking, spending time with family, and being around good friends. Helping someone move from pain and worry to relief and peace of mind is still one of the most meaningful parts of what I do.
