We work with most PPO plans as an out-of-network provider. When your plan has out-of-network benefits, we bill your insurance for you, and our team verifies your benefits before your visit. If you have Medicaid, CHIP, or an HMO plan, we are not able to bill those plans, but we would be glad to see you as a self-pay patient, including our $75 new patient exam with X-rays. The doctors, dental assistants and support staff from the reception and waiting area come from Latin American countries (Cuba, Peru, Mexico…). Spanish is our native language.
We follow strict sterilization and disinfection protocols to guarantee the safety of our patients, both of the facilities (floors, furniture, equipment) and of the medical material and instruments. The material used is disposable, single-use. All instruments are sterilized in autoclaves after each use.
